The Representation of the European Union in Ukraine announced the contest "10 years of Euromaidan: how European values determined the path of Ukraine" on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Revolution of Dignity, as well as the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the EU.

Who can participate?
Ukrainians and Ukrainians aged 16 to 25 can take part in the competition.
Deadline for submitting works: January 14, 2023.
What needs to be done
Describe your own experience or share your thoughts about the Revolution of Dignity that took place in 2013 – 2014.
Work requirements:
they must be written in English;
the volume should be from 3.5 to 4 thousand characters (without spaces);
competitive works must be done independently, without plagiarism, repetition of other people's thoughts, use of artificial intelligence, etc.
works must not be previously published or published.
The competition works will be evaluated by the team of the project "Ukrainians about the EU". They will choose 12 works – a short list, which will be handed over to an expert jury for evaluation.
Participants will learn the results of the competition at the end of February 2024. The winning essays will be published in a special column of "Ukrainian Pravda".
Authors of 12 shortlisted works will receive incentive prizes. Authors of all works submitted to the competition will also receive small symbolic gifts.
