"Live without illusions": a game released in Ukraine will help learn more about violence

Young people offer to learn non-obvious things about the 4 most common types of violence. The author of the game was the Ukrainian public organization "La Strada – Ukraine".


The news is reported by the resource EU Neighbours East. The game quest aims to raise awareness among young people about domestic violence and beyond.

This game is needed to raise her awareness of the pitfalls of abusive relationships that can lead to domestic and gender-based violence.

Interactive and simple


Everything in the quest was created very interactive, interesting and simple – so that it was easier for young people to perceive information.

The game calls for countering 4 forms of violence:

  • psychological,

  • economic,

  • sexy,

  • physical.

The creation of the game was supported by the European Union and the United Nations Development Program.
