Outstanding German coach will hold a seminar for volunteers in Vinnytsia

The YouthFutureUA team helps organize psychological resilience training for volunteers. It will take place in Vinnytsia. You can join the event already on August 18.


1. How can volunteers cope with stress?


This course is about tension and methods of releasing it.

The workshop for volunteers will be held on August 18 – 20.

The course will last 2.5 days. It will enable volunteers to effectively stabilize and debrief people who have arrived from active combat zones.

Nessesary to know. Debriefing is a one-time conversation with a person who has experienced extreme or shocking events. The purpose of debriefing: to reduce the psychological harm to the person by listening to him. Source: Wikipedia

Who is Malte Loos?

The seminar will be conducted by Malte Loos, a systemic psychotherapist, founder of the "Inner stille" martial arts school in Berlin.


Malte Loos taught Eastern martial arts and meditation in the German parliament. His psychotherapeutic approach is solution-oriented systemic therapy for trauma, depression and anxiety.


The psychotherapist's method works closely with the bodily techniques of Buddhist martial arts.


Education

Malte Loos studied systemic psychotherapy at the SySt®-Institute in Munich. He also studied at the University of Bonn, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


While studying in the USA, he got into oriental martial arts under the guidance of Grand Master Katsumia Tabata. Malte has 3 black belts, became an assistant to the Master.


After returning to Germany, he founded his school of meditation, psychotherapy and martial arts "Inner Stille", which has been working with individual and group clients for more than 12 years. There were even employees of the Bundestag among Malte's listeners.

  • workshop for volunteers,

  • seminar for therapists, consultants and psychologists.

2. How to think systematically?


This training course is designed for therapists, counselors and mental health professionals.

This course will teach how to use loss to find meaning and value. Loss can help open your eyes to the value of what is left. A respectful invitation helps reveal new perspectives on loss.

  • Strengthening resources: in every adversity, something helped us through it.

  • The scheme of 5 animals, which helps to highlight moods in humor and find alternatives to your habits.

The seminar for psychologists and psychotherapists will be held on August 21 – 23.
