Women entrepreneurs from 2 regions can receive mini-grants

Businesswomen from Zhytomyr and Chernihiv regions can win up to 80 thousand hryvnias to purchase the necessary equipment.

The grant competition is supported by The Jewish Federations of North America.


Who can participate

  • Women who continue to work under martial law want to strengthen and develop their businesses.

  • Entrepreneurs must operate in Zhytomyr or Chernihiv regions.


Conditions of participation


When selecting the winner, the following factors will be taken into account:

  1. Entrepreneurial experience, which must be at least six months.

  2. Financial indicators of your business: its stability, profitability, availability of jobs, whether the business has been relocated.

  3. Clarity and feasibility of your prescribed development plan.

  4. Will you participate in co-financing the project?

  5. How does business affect the development of the region?

  6. Do you use innovative and creative approaches when doing business?


Regarding the impact of business on the region, there are certain criteria that need to be considered:

  • Will you create at least one job within the next year (this will be an advantage when selecting the application);

  • Will your project have social responsibility;

  • Will the principle of "a circle on water" be observed - that is, will you provide services free of charge to low-income people, IDPs, or, for example, a large family for a certain period;

  • Will you support Ukrainian producers?
